Vegetarian recipes for meat eaters – 2 simple recipes for a meal green


For people who ate meat and have recently switched to vegetarianism would certainly find it difficult to s ‘there used to eating only greens. For those meat eaters who converted to vegetarianism, there are many recipes for vegetarian cooking that make them want to continue to be a vegetarian. Here are some vegetarian recipes that meat eaters would love to try.
Meat eaters would definitely try this tasty recipe called Vegetarian Chili. In this recipe, there are no meat products used and that is why it is called vegetarian chili. 
Vegetarian Chili
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, or preferably olive in a pan to which you can add 2 to 3 medium onions chopped coarsely 2 tablespoons garlic coffee which was finely chopped and sauté until they are cooked. Add 2 cups of whole frozen sweet corn and sauté well. Also add a bagful of a mixture of broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, a red can of beans that have been washed and drained a can of chickpeas, and two full boxes which were diced tomatoes with green chilies along. Throw in a tin of tomato sauce and 2 teaspoons chili powder, 3 tablespoons cumin powder, salt to taste and also a pinch of paprika. Allow the mixture to boil for at least 20 minutes over medium heat making sure you mix the ingredients time to time. Cook until you find the vegetables crisp and tender and the chili.
Vegetable Lasagna
Vegetables necessary
cooking spray olive oil
2 medium bell peppers, the which were cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium onion, cut into 8 wedges and separated into pieces
Slice 2 medium zucchini,
1 package fresh whole mushrooms, that have been sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt to taste coffee
1/4 teaspoon pepper
tomato sauce
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons garlic chopped
1 can (28 ounces) tomato paste Progresso®
3 tablespoons chopped fresh soup or 1 tablespoon dried basil leaves
3 tablespoons chopped fresh soup or 1 tablespoon dried oregano leaves
sugar 1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes coffee

12 raw lasagna
4 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Start by having your oven preheated to 450 degrees F. Use cooking spray oil a 15x10x1-inch pan and place pan inside the peppers, mushrooms, zucchini evenly in a single layer. Also spray on vegetables using doubled and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Take the package of noodles and cooked them according to the instructions on it. Drain excess water and keep aside. In another bowl mix the cheese well and keep aside.
Reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees F. In a glass baking dish spray a little oil and a quarter of the spread of the sauce in the bottom. During this display 3 different noodles.
